Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 151 provides stable sensory properties during storage, distribution and handling and ensures no visible sedimentation or separation throughout the shelf life of the finished chocolate milk. This increases the flexibility in the distribution channel and together with a stable viscosity it moreover assures a premium appearance of the chocolate milk and thereby the opportunity for extending shelf life. Additionally the improved storage stability offers the possibility to produce larger production batches and thereby to increase production capacity. Palsgaard® ChoMilk 151 ensures no visible sedimentation or separation in the finished chocolate milk. Cost efficient The functional properties of Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 151 makes it possible to lower the dosage in the production of chocolate milk without compromising on the stability or other parameters.
