Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 173 – a multipurpose product "Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 173 is developed for dairy drinks with a reduced level of milk solid non fat and dairy products with particles to be suspended (such as chocolate milk) at high filling and/or storage temperatures." Versatility Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 173 offers a product with great innovation potential. Because of the unique composition it is suitable in chocolate milk drinks with a low protein content – either due to a low protein content in the milk or due to dilution with water to form a chocolate milk drink. It is also suitable in the production of e.g. coffee milk drinks.
