Uniformity Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 150 is a fully integrated product which offers manufacturers of chocolate milk a uniform product with no risk of becoming non-homogeneous during storage and transportation of the emulsifier/stabilizer mixture. Palsgaard ® ChoMilk 150 can be added to the milk immediately without prior premixing with e.g. sugar. It shows excellent free-flowing properties and is at the same time dispersible at all temperatures.
