This expertise has been necessary when developing Palsgaard PGPR 4120. ® Neutral taste and odour All Palsgaard PGPRs are completely free from off-flavour and bad castor oil smell, securing the chocolate manufacturer a chocolate without the bad taste of castor oil. 1 MT of PGPR added to the chocolate will typically lead to 500 MT of finished chocolate. This means that PGPR with off-flavour can easily damage large quantities of chocolate. These problems are avoided by choosing Palsgaard® PGPR 4120. In the development process Palsgaard® PGPR 4120 has been tested in several customers’ recipes for the purpose of finding the optimal raw material blend and the best functionality.
