For total confidence in chocolate production No taste or unpleasant odours Castor oil is the main ingredient in PGPR products. Depending on the source, it has a characteristic taste and smell. And for many PGPRs, it adds an unpleasant odour and off-flavour to the final chocolate product. We carefully control each production step – from harvesting of the raw materials through to processing, packaging and distribution.
